They provided great service but were expensive. The service varies depending on the crew you get.

It was horrible. Well, the work was good. I can say that but the person who came out to do the estimate didn't seem to listen to what I said. I actually also commented about them because they were horrible. They seemed to be very disorganized. What happened was I scheduled the work for a day that I really didn't check in with my husband and he wasn't going to be here. He had doctor's appointment. So, as soon as I found that out at least 24 hours before the appointment for them to come in, I called them and said that I have to cancel on that day because nobody's going to be here. Whoever answered, it was my bad that I didn't write down the names of who I spoke to because they probably all denied it. They showed up anyway and my husband was on the way out for his appointment. He said "No, no. We rescheduled for tomorrow." So, they came back the next day. The work was really good but there was lack of communication on their company's part. My mom was there too. So they actually saw when they came in the door to commence their working and how long it took them. My husband was outside observing what they were doing. We had a good sense of timing. Whoever was here did a really nice job. Then, we get the bill. It was three times on what they quoted us. Like what they said that they were there twice or three times as long as what they were there. The woman who, when I disputed the bill, I said "This is incorrect." Instead of saying to me "Okay, I'll investigate on that. I don't know what really happened." I explained to her that they came erroneously on the first day and I explained exactly how long they took them the second day. With the billing, I had a heart attack. She didn't take a minute and say "I could see that you're upset. Let me ask everybody. Let me investigate and see what happened." She just kept arguing with me. Eventually, they came over and gave us a new bill. But after what I went through, I would never ever recommend them. 

Their rates are very competitive.  It is important to be there when they are doing the work so you can make sure they do everything you need.
