New Vision

This job was a waste of my money, water and time. I specifically told David (the owner and only employee) that I wanted the dirt cleaned from the gutter since I had already cleaned the gutters by hand and I cannot get the dirt out by hand. I asked him to power blow, not power wash since the only way to get dirt out is to blow, water just turns it to mud. I also asked him to specifically pick up and clean the metal mesh on top of each downspout to make sure it was clear. He decided to put water in the gutters using our hose and a bucket (not a power wash tool). When I went up on the roof to inspect the work the next day, the dirt was still in the gutters and had turned to mud, and water had collected in one third of the gutters. There is no way he did not notice the water sitting in the gutters. In addition 3 of the 8 meshes had not been picked up and cleaned so I did that myself. Also, he told me he would blow debris into the street and instead he blew it under our trees. My guess is that most people don't climb on their roof to check his work so they don't know what kind of job he does. I want to warn others so they don't waste $150 for a job not done.
