This project went very well. The contractor, keep all appointments, starting dates, arrived on time each day. His crew was very clean, and took extra care to be sure that dust and construction debris was kept to minimum. The crew worked full days, every day, until the project was completed. This contractor doesn't cut corners. He communicated all problems as they come up & discussed the alternatives with me, advising me on the correct way to proceed. From beginning to end the contractor & I worked well together, making sure that I was completely satisfied, always working with my ideas. This contractor didn't attempt to "do it all," but brought in specialist to do all work for which he didn't feel expertly qualified (i.e., electrician, drywall finish, stucco.) At the end of each day, things were cleaned up, neat & organized. He finished within a few days of his estimated time, & there were no surprises in the final bill. The price was more than fair, the work was excellent! A rare find!
