Marios House Cleaning

Late for estimate appointment. Had to be reminded of address. Rude. Broke a light and the garbage disposal and didn't tell us.

She is fabulous.  She and her company have been coming out on a regular basis and they have been fantastic.  She is very reasonable.  She is friendly, cooperative, funny, she is efficient, helpful and she listens to what I need and does everything.  She has a great crew and she is very professional.  She has good sense of timing and she finishes within that time.

Mario and crew are awesome! They know their business and do it well. This was a test run for future monthly services and they passed with high marks. They said the routine rate will be $150 a cleaning. Was paying $120 in the north bay for a slightly larger house, but items were broken, they got my wood furniture wet when mopping damaging the finish and tried to polish a laminate table. The succession of other cleaners also required constant nagging to dust baseboards and door jambs which they claimed to do at the outset, but never did unless I complained about their job. $30 more for an excellent job with no nagging? Worth every penny.

The cleaning was fine, but some parts were not great. It took me a while to get me an appointment because it was hard to understand each other on the phone. He didn't show up when scheduled initially. But he did come on time the second day.

Three people come out from Marios and do the housecleaning for me taking the time they need to do it.  They are absolutely wonderful.  They are on time, and they are professional.  It is a family company.  They are trustworthy, reliable and do a great job.  I will continue to use them as long as they are in business.
