They were great and I was very appreciative.

My kitchen sink faucet died earlier this month. When I saw Mario Capetillo Plumbing reviews on Angie’s List, I called M.C. Plumbing to schedule an appointment for August 8.
Appointment #1: A plumber from Mario Capetillo Plumbing came to my house at the appointed time, removed the old busted faucet and installed the new one I had purchased ahead of time. I paid $154.42 for the services rendered, and the plumber left.
The next morning I wanted to use the disposal. When I flipped the switch, the disposal did not turn on. I suspected the plumber had forgotten to plug the disposal back in, but, because I have a bad knee, I could not get beneath the sink to inspect the area and verify the problem. So I called Mario Capetillo Plumbing again. The dispatcher said someone would be at my house that day between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Appointment #2: The appointed time came and went. Nobody showed. I called back. This time I got voice mail (probably because the time was now beyond regular business hours). I left a message asking for my call to be returned. No one called that day.
Appointment #3: The next day, mid-day, Mario Capetillo himself called me and said he had just heard my voice mail. He offered to come to my house and fix it, which he did. He also reinspected the overall installation to make sure it was solidly done. It was. So, by showing up at my house on a Sunday to complete the installation that his employee had not finsihed, Mario made good on the appointment missed by his employee the previous day. For that reason I would be willing to use Mario Capetillo Plumbing Inc in the future.

In fact, had it not been for the badly botched second appointment, I would have given M.C. Plumbing an even higher rating than I gave here.

Also know as MC Plumbing, I called them based on good reviews. I have a sewer line that needs cleaning every once in a while. Unlike most plumbers in this area, MC doesn't charge a fee for showing up or a set (outrageous) fee for every tool they get out of the truck. They charge by the time they are actually working. How refreshing! After the plumber cleaned the sewer line, he asked if I needed anything else. I told him I have a toilet that wasn't flushing properly, and asked if he could take a look at it. (I'd been trying to fix it myself for some time, and I do know quite a bit about plumbing). He figured it out within minutes, and was able to get it working properly within a half hour. Knowing how some service people fudge the time, I kept careful track of how long this guy was there. Apparently, he did too, and charged me exactly the amount I expected. Again, how refreshing. Well, maybe refreshing isn't the right word for getting a sewar pipe and toilet worked on, but I am very happy to find a home service provider who is not only competent, but also fair and honest.

Came quick. Worked hard. Explained clearly. Was reasonable. He's my new drain man.
My What can I say, the lines were backed up and now they aren't. Mario is a nice man who works hard and fast. I feel lucky to have found him.

I don't do anything without him. He has done a lot of work for me. I swear I would not use anyone else but him.
