They were a bit disorganized. The morning of the move, I had to call them to remind them to come over but once they came over they rocked and it was just like they'd gotten in, out and through at no time at all.

The owner is Sasha and he's been doing this for 25 years and his family has been in the business for 5 generations. He loves to move, he's extremely careful and thorough. He came and knew exactly how to pack everything into the truck. I got estimates from other movers and they wanted to charge me $4000 and add on extras for materials, blankets, etc. Everything went perfectly. He has a cell phone and answers all the time. Sasha even had to carry a large sectional couch up the stairs because it wouldn't fit in the freight elevator and he didn't charge extra. He's wonderful, I'd highly recommend him and it makes me look forward to the next time I move. It was a fantastic experience.
