Vacuum Cleaners
My experience with their service is very personal. They tell you what they are going to do, given that they know what they have diagnosed they get back to you and they repair the device in a timely fashion. The only problem I have got about punctuality is that their repair resources are only present certain days of the week which is a policy but I would say that's not punctual.
