It was fine yeah, and it was fast. It happened when I was at work so it was pretty much done before I had a chance to even check it out.

We were under time constraints to get my son into his fixer upper. Johnty was able to quickly estimate the job and squeeze us into his schedule. Work was completed on schedule and looks great. We will have Johnty come back for the next phase of the remodel. He is honest and friendly. I definitely recommend him.

Johnty was very responsive basically coming by my home on the same day I called for service to estimate the job, and then actually completing the job within a week as scheduled. He did request to move the appointment time (by 1 hour) after we had scheduled it but this was well in advance and much appreciated.
The job was done quickly (< 1 hr) and works like a charm. I will definitely engage his services again for any future electrical needs.

Johnty ran a new circuit from a sub panel to a new location about 20 feet away. He had to run the new wire under the house. He did exactly what I asked. Johnty cut a 4' hole to run the dryer vent hose for no extra charge. He also showed me a possible unsafe condition in our sub panel.

Johnty responded quickly to my request for an appt. The day of appt. he was due to come in morning but he immediately called and gave us a 2 hour window later in the day. He kept calling to assure us he was coming and showed up within 15 minutes of time he'd given us. It was a messy job because he had to go in attice, and it took longer than we thought. But he stayed until job was done on Friday evening until 6:30. We were pleased with his work and would use him again if needed.

Johnty intially did a job wiring a bedroom and re-wiring part of our kitchen due to appliance upgrades. He was professional, on time and had everything he needed to complete the job in one visit.
Now we are planning some upgrades and he came out, walked the property with me and took his time in explaining all of my options. I was very pleased with his consultation and we are now planning when to do the changes and upgrades we want. We live in a bit of a rural neighborhood and his willingness to come out of his way to just consult with my wife and I on our changes impressed us greatly. When you are trying to decide what route to take, it is nice to have someone who is willing to share his knowledge with you and who understands that one might have budgetary constraints.

He was most pleasant in our conversations, as I was not going to be around he agreed to just send me a bill. Everything works like it should.I thought the amount of time required was a bit high, though I was not there at the time of service to supervise or see what was being performed. I suppose that I should have gotten some quotes from others, but being out of town and needing the work performed on my property I used Angie's list for recommendations. As i said, it looks like he did a terrific job.

As I remember the lights fixtures had been previously installed so all the necessary hardware didn't come with them. So I had to be creative which takes a little more time, than usual."

Johnty responded quickly to our call, and arrived on time. He removed an antique light fixture that was over the island in our kitchen. He replaced it with a new fixture, which required lots of minute adjustments to get centered on the island. He worked at getting it perfect, and succeeded. He cleaned up thoroughly, was pleasant to work with, and the price was right. We certainly will call on him again. This was the second time he had worked at our home, and we have been 100% satisfied both times.

I called Johnty the day that we were "hit", and he called me back at 5pm and came over to the house at 6:30pm! I was very surprised and delighted. We reviewed all the damage, and scheduled the ordering of replacements and installation.
Considering all the problems that I had, I realized that I wasn't prepared for a disaster because there won't be any service people available to fix the issues until days or weeks later. I had no refrigerator/ freezer for 3 weeks, had to open the 2-car garage door manually, had no Heater/AC or whole house fan, no water softener, and lots of other small items. As a result of this incident, I had Johnty install a whole house surge protector at the circuit breaker, and am adding additional surge protectors on my big appliances since it is recommended in addition to the whole house protector.
Johnty finally got the electrical appliances up and running, and also recommended a generator for the house. He will be coming back after I receive the generator to hook it up to the circuit breaker. I will also have him install some ceiling lights in my family room, which I have been wanting to do forever but couldn't find a reliable electrician.
He is professional and and was extremely fair about costs and charges. I highly recommend Johnty.

Johnty responded quickly to my voice mail and arrived promptly. He looked at the problem circuit breaker and explained the problem clearly. He replaced the breaker and explained why it had burnt out and how to avoid future problems. I was so impressed with Johnty's complete and thorough explanations that I asked him for advice regarding some other electrical issues I'd been having and he was kind enough to walk through them with me.
I've since had Johnty come back and complete all the work we discussed that afternoon and I would definitely recommend Johnty to anyone seeking an electrician.

The work was performed professionally, on schedule, and for a fair price. In addition to the electrical work, we needed to have a sump pump installed and were having trouble finding someone to do that. When Johnty came out for the estimate on the electrical work I mentioned the need for the sump pump. After he described in detail what would need to be done and what it would cost we were confident that we found the right man for the job.
All the work was completed in two days and we are completely satisfied with the workmanship. Hey, besides all that he's a nice man and was a pleasure to have at our home.

Johnty did a nice job at a fair price and I would hire him again. We picked out the lighting together and he put five LED lights and their fixtures into the ceiling. The ceiling is a little dirty with smudged paint around a couple of the lights but this is a minor oversight, the lights match very well to what was already there and work well.
He also put the wiring for a surround system into the wall and rerouted my cable ti run through the wall, etc. This was also done well, I just wish he'd left me with a little more speaker wire from the wall to the speaker-that's more my own fault though since I didn't specify that to him. He covered the hardwood floor so as not to damage it but the cover did slip off during the course of the work and the floor was scratched a little.
Overall I'm pleased with the work and the value that Johnty provides. He's also professional and has a good attitude and is easy to deal with so that's a big plus. My only criticism and it's a minor one is that he needs to be a little more exacting on the details (ie roughing up the paint, wood floors etc) but all in all his service is very good.
