I was happy all the way through and he was helpful. He wanted the prepayment of ten percent and two payments, the final payment will be after it's completed.

Mr. Rugani was easy to reach, usually answering the phone himself and always returning calls promptly. He showed up when he said he would to look at the roof and called with the estimate at the time promised. He gave a general time frame for when the work could be done ("week after next") and then kept me informed when unexpected problems on another job threatened a delay. He gave a firm commitment two days before start of work. He and his crew showed up promptly (actually a half hour earlier than expected). His crew was courteous and professional. I hadn't asked Mr. Rugani how the repairs would be done, so I was pleasantly surprised when his crew used more expensive materials and methods than I expected. Before calling roofers the roof was inspected by an independent inspector, so I had some idea of what repairs were needed and the various methods which could be used to do them; John Rugani Roofing used the "best" materials and methods. The crew did a superb job.
