My wife and I contacted Rory based on a recommendation from a local building supplier. He came to our home to review the work to be done, and help us choose the right doors and hardware. His bid was reasonable, and he was happy to negotiate some savings based on having us supply handle and lock hardware ourselves.
Rory personally inspected our doors when they arrived at the suppliers. They were damaged during shipping. Rather than trying to fix or work around them, he had them sent back for a replacement pair at no extra cost to us.
The two builders Rory sent were also professional and thorough, and worked through a few challenges resulting from sloppy work by the original home builders years ago. They did a great job, and the final result exceeded our expectations.
