About us
I am a licensed remodeling contractor (lic. # 687809) that specializes in repairs and small remodels. I usually work alone or with a second but have worked larger jobs with up to 4 employees and/or outside subcontractors. We charge $65/hr (with a $40 service charge) for my labor, $45/hr for an apprentice level employee and $60/hr for a journeyman level employee when necessary. We offer a 15% discount to 1st time clients. We have worked with Senior services community for 11+ years and take pride in our ability and willingness to work with difficult clients or those with special needs.
