It was very good. They cleaned a little bit after themselves. Overall, I would use them again. They are reliable and timely. They are a little expensive but do good work.

Friday night.  No heat from furnace.  They were quite responsive and got me heat again, but the bill was $786.45  ($600.00 labor).  I had to pay for the service person to drive to and from Aptos from Gilroy.  Will not deal with them again because of the high labor charges.  I hope they are not depending on $700+ service calls to sustain their business.

Different people who work for Wilson have been to my home in the last 5 years and I'd say that except for maybe one or two in 2008 or 2007 were not as professional as would want.

The work was done in one day to our complete satisfaction, and we were not required to contribute a cent. It might be said that the proper materials should have been used in the initial installation, but the fact that the company reinstalled the line using the correct materials without hesitation after 10 years to correct their mistake meant a lot to us, and is the basis for our current rating for this company. The company representative and the person who did the work were both very courteous and professional.

I had uncovered all but a foot or two of the original pipe, so this was not a challenging job (except that it did rain at times). The work took about a week to complete and cost us $600, which they had promised not to exceed. The George Wilson crew were lacking in equipment, supplies, communication and common sense. They installed a faucet at the house ( about 8 feet from an existing faucet) so the system could be purged, yet somehow they managed to include a tablespoon of dirt in the system which clogged the toilet tank valve and the supply line to it. (They offered to repair our toilet at extra cost.) Their installation did not meet code: the pipe was set too close to the surface, so they had to replace the faucet with a pressure regulator. About three months later, the system sprung a major leak and two minor ones due to Teflon tape having been applied incorrectly.

It was a major problem to even find and they found it a replaced it within 1 day. I was satisfied with the price and the amount of time it took to fix.

It went very well. I've been totally satisfied with everything they have done for me.

I haven't had any problems with the water heater since they replaced it 10 years ago. They are prompt, when we call them they come out and do the work. They are very knowledgeable
