The large, fixer-upper house we bought 22 years ago has needed a lot of work from contractors over the years, and we've some bad experiences. But working with Elite was a pleasure. This kitchen remodel included new cabinets, countertops, appliances, along with refinishing our wood floors in three rooms, new tile in our entry hall and repairing tile in our utility room. Eric provided a detailed cost estimate, explaining each aspect of the remodel. The estimate included a timeline for each phase of the remodel, what materials Elite would provide and what items my wife needed to select and purchase. Allison, the designer working with Elite, went way beyond expectations. She spent a lot of time reviewing design details and talking about options. She met my wife at showrooms and brought her samples. When making decisions she explained why she thought a design detail would or would not work without putting her design aesthetic before my wife's. They were working off a pre-existing design plan. A few inches had to be added to a wall so cabinets would fit. The labor for the wall addition was not in their original project cost but they did not charge us. Craig and his crew were great to work with, from the demolition of our old cabinets and counters right to the finishing touches. The work was done during the holidays so it was difficult with workers taking time off, but Craig made sure the work continued. He made sure the work site was cleaned daily and the crew tried to minimize the disruption to my family. We are very happy with our new kitchen and can't recommend Elite highly enough.
