Edge Painting

I have a 3 bed / 2 bath home that needed Interior Wall paper removal.  I found them via phone book, checked out the website and then I made a call.  I left a message at the number left and got a return call within a few hours.  Jeff Edge is the owner of the company and expressed to me that he has been in the industry hands on for 20 years.  He was very personable and friendly,  I am very standoffish to having new people come into my home but I felt I could trust him.  He was very knowledgeable about wallpaper and explained to me that I would have to texture the walls after the wall paper was taken off, since the glue messes up the wall.  We made an appointment to meet at my house the following morning.   He was on time, a few minutes early actually.  We walked around my house and I pointed out all of my areas of concern.  The meeting only took about 40 minutes and I had an itemized bid that afternoon.  He made it very clear where my money was going.  I felt really comfortable with the numbers, having gotten a few bids from other local painters.  I gave him a call and we got started the following week.  We started the following Tuesday,  Jeff came and introduced me to his crew.  Rudy and Andy were well dressed and respectful.  Rudy even put paper booties on his shoes before entering my home ( It's the small things :-) ).  Jeff explained to his crew what needed to be done.  Wall paper removal in 2 rooms, followed by texturing and then painting ( I LOVE the colors they helped me choose).  They repainted my living room and my bathroom. They moved all the furniture from the walls and took pictures down with care.   It took them 5 days to do,  they showed up at 8 in the morning and left around 4:30 in the afternoon.  They even worked Saturday!  Rudy and Andy were very courteous and showed respect for my home which I appreciated more then anything.   I have  recommended  them to friends and family.  I am scheduled to have my deck sealed in two weeks.  Edge Painting will be my regular painter and I am so glad I have found such a trustworthy painter!
