Selector switch needed and no longer available. Glenn worked 1.5 Hours but was unable to fix and charged me only for the service call.

We have used them three times and we've always been happy with them. He came back the next day to replace the part. He made sure that the washing machine was working right since. He is trustworthy. I was comfortable having him in my home. I don't have any complaints. I feel the price was fair. I was surprised at how low it was. He's not always available.

Very nice! It seems challenging to find a good appliance repair person in this area, and I'm glad I found this one. I had to wait a week or so for an open appointment slot, but that seemed the same case with everyone else. He was actually the first that could see me that said he could help. He came on time, was quick to find and fix the problem, friendly, clean and very reasonably priced. He even gave me good advice on another problem in just a few minutes.

He was prompt and professional. The problem was solved very quickly. He gave us a bottle of cleaner for the dishwasher, because that was the problem. It was clogged with food in the bottom. He also gave us some dishwasher detergent samples.

Owner returned my call the same day and scheduled a house call for a couple days later. Diagnosed and fixed dishwasher problem quickly. Problem solved, still running well a month later. Seemed quite knowledgable about various appliances. Friendly, price was reasonable for job and travel time to our remote location.

Glenn from Derrick's arrived right on the time promised. He was able to quickly find the problem and repair in less than an hour. A coin had lodged itself in the water pump and broken two of three teeth. Glenn was able to replace the pump from his truck inventory and then tested.
