DECOR FURNITURE

This is the third time we've bought furniture from Decor. I suppose the primary reason we keep going back is the price, but there are many other reasons. We really like the no pressure, respectful, helpful and friendly sales staff. They will give you all the help you want, but will let you brouse to your hearts content. When we have had questions, or needed help, they always seem to bend over backwards to make us happy. This isn't a "we want to earn your business" kind of ploy, because the folks who work at Decor just come across as sincere and genuine, with making us happy the only thing that matters. When we've visited the store just to look, they smile and thank us for coming in when we leave. This time we bought a dining table with chairs for my brother's cabin in the Sierras. We also wanted some area rugs, which they tried to order. When it turned out they couldn't get the rugs we wanted, they offered to let us buy rugs somewhere else, bring them in, and deliver them along with the table at no extra charge. By the time we found some rugs, it had been well over a month. They just stored the table for us, and then delivered on a weekend when we could visit the cabin. They arrived when they said they would, unloaded all the furniture and moved it carefully into the cabin. I'm starting to feel like family. What nice people.
