I contacted Dave's Computer by phone and explained the nature of the problem (the "G" key had come off of my daughter's HP notebook). They said they'd be happy to repair it at the front counter. A week later, I brought the computer in and they immediately went to work on it. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair it (the metal tabs had fatigued) but they (1) offered to order a new keyboard and install it, quoting a reasonable price, (2) offered to install a replacement keyboard were I to acquire one, and (3) did not charge me for their time.
