 + -1 moreInstallers were Max and Ariel. They arrived early in the service window, and phoned me beforehand to say they were on the way. That's a nice touch. They were very friendly, and (bonus!) cheerful. Installation took longer than planned, but only because they went out of their way to make sure the dish on the roof was mounted properly and securely. A third person showed up at the end, whose name I didn't catch. All very pleasant and upbeat. The product itself is worth every penny to me. It's a solid, high speed internet connection that doesn't involve AT&T or Comcast, which is exactly what I was looking for.
Description of Work: Installation of their broadband wireless offering.

Description of Work: When Cruzio arrived (on time & after confirming appt. time by phone)they found that AT&T had used some new, super-fast lines that they weren't yet aware of that kept the modem from working properly. They worked from 1 PM until 6 PM to try to get me connected to the internet. Unfortunately it was the weekend & their main tech expert wasn't around until the following Monday. They got things up & functioning in just a few minutes on the following Monday. I'm evidently the first person to have this "new line" in Santa Cruz County, they profusely apologized for this happening, but they were at the mercy of AT&T's lines. I've been thoroughly satisfied w/ their service and helpful attitude, very nice & knowledgeable folks & very concerned about my satisfaction w/ their internet service. They even set up my new TV for me once things were working properly. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

 + -1 moreThe installation was flawless, prompt and extra courteous. The crew is the best, taking time to explain the set-up as they did it, to satellite. Cruzio is easy to contact and service is personal and professional. I give a full 5 stars!

 + 0 moreCruzio "geeks" are always helpful when an emergency occurs. Have loaned me modems and freely given of their advice either over the phone or in person. I am happy to support my local service provider. Their service is almost always up and running.
Description of Work: I have subscribed to this Internet service provider for many years. I have also needed equipment repairs and modem replacements. They will also perform routine computer upkeep, virus removal etc.
