Installers were Max and Ariel. They arrived early in the service window, and phoned me beforehand to say they were on the way. That's a nice touch. They were very friendly, and (bonus!) cheerful. Installation took longer than planned, but only because they went out of their way to make sure the dish on the roof was mounted properly and securely. A third person showed up at the end, whose name I didn't catch. All very pleasant and upbeat.
The product itself is worth every penny to me. It's a solid, high speed internet connection that doesn't involve AT&T or Comcast, which is exactly what I was looking for.

The installation was flawless, prompt and extra courteous. The crew is the best, taking time to explain the set-up as they did it, to satellite. Cruzio is easy to contact and service is personal and professional. I give a full 5 stars!

Cruzio "geeks" are always helpful when an emergency occurs. Have loaned me modems and freely given of their advice either over the phone or in person.
