We had a painting crew already onsite and work underway when it was decided that a large exterior wall needed to be re-stuccoed before being painted. A window had been removed years ago, and the patch to the stucco finish was unsightly.
On the recommendation of a local architect/friend, I called Cordell and explained the situation. (Two other plasterers I called or emailed didn't even respond.) He sent four guys out the very next afternoon. They set up, repaired the patched area, re-stuccoed a very large, two story wall, cleaned up, packed up and left, all in the same afternoon. This allowed several days for the stucco to dry, and for our painting job to be completed while the painting crew was still here.
We were surprised and amazed that Cordell Davis Plastering could make this happen so quickly and professionally. Repairing stucco requires experience and skill, and the finished job exceeded our expectations. The price was fair, especially considering the time constraint we imposed. The crew was professional and courteous, and got right to work. They were careful about the planted area at the base of the wall, and cleaned up thoroughly.
