It didn't go very well. It ended up costing $115 more than the estimate. They were very slow and charged more for the measure than they told me. When he did the install, there was glass everywhere. When I called to complain they stated they didn't clean up because "they would have had to charge me more for the time to do so". They also left a rectangular burn mark on my lawn from where they laid the window down. It was down sloppy and required me to do more communication than necessary.

I needed a precise sized piece of mirror for a house project. Called multiple local suppliers and found stock wanting. Classic Glass had ready stock and had the cut piece ready the same day. The shop itself is a hole in the wall and parking is impossible, but the staff are courteous. They cut the mirror to order very precisely. My only peeve was that they don't accept credit cards and they didn't tell me this by phone, so after braving traffic once to reach their shop, I had to run out and find a cash machine, at rush hour, with cranky kids in the car.
