My experience was Ok considering what they had to deal with. My rental had been destroyed. the carpets had melted wax, red stains, a sticky substance everywhere and five years of dirt ground into a two year old carpet! There was smoke damage in every room. The windows were so dirty the cleaning rags were black. The drapes, blinds and duets were sticky and dirty. I thought they were not going to be saved,. Bee Clene came to my rescue
