Their service was relatively good. They had a little trouble with diagnoses. The service technicians seemed to know what they were going. They were professional and did a neat job. They communicated well and that was the good part. The ignition price was out rages. When I complained about the price. It came out for labor to be $970 or something like that for what was estimated to be two to two and a half hours of work. They said that it was at book rate that the sub zero gets. The technician told me to call sub zero and the would pick up some of it. I did and they did. I had a fairly long conversation with two levels of managing and sub zero ultimately picked up $500 of the cost. They also told me they don't have a flat rate. When I finally got back to the appliance dealer they said they were working on a national flat rate system. They went through all of the bologna about how skilled their technicians are. They are the designated repair service here. Sub Zero has chose an organization that does good work but has absorbent prices. They had to come back three times. They missed that the control unit was having a problem. It took them three weeks to get it right.
