APPI is a family based corporation operating in Santa Cruz and outlying areas since 1971. Our commitment to our clients is to provide quality products and services at a reasonable and competitive price. We do this from our retail store/showroom and through our very valued staff of 15 people. Several years ago I purchased an automatic pool sweep for my Father-in-law who lives in Brazil. On a recent visit to the US, he asked me for help in procuring replacement parts. The manufacturer's web site listed three or four local dealers. None of them were particularly responsive, but APPI answered their phone and pointed me to diagrams on the web. A quick drive over to their store confirmed the choice of parts needed and they ordered them that afternoon. Through no fault of APPI, the parts took 2 weeks to arrive instead of 4 days as quoted, but they had them in stock in time for my Father-in-Law's return trip. The staff was very pleasant and professional by phone, and patient with my Father-in-Law, who speaks no English.
