Frank has been our agent for many years. He is knowledgeable, skilled, motivated and confident, and hands down the best Realtor and Property Management professional I have ever worked with. He has a very bright and creative mind, and always served my best interests effectively. He is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. He has loads of experience, and a very keen eye for details -- nothing gets by him, whether it is with the home, the paperwork or the people involved in the transaction.
He has helped me excellently with three challenging projects...
First, when I had to relocate for work, he took care of arranging all the repairs, in my absence, to prepare our home to rent and manage. He got quality repair work done by talented but affordable workers that he selected and supervised.
When he served as a Property Manager for me when I needed to rent out the home for a several years, he did so excellently, with heart toward my tenants, and yet with appropriate firmness when needed. I never missed receiving a single rent check, even when there were tenant turnovers.
Later, when I had to sell a home that was "upside down" in a down market, he handled the very difficult ?short sale? for me, taking care of all the details in ways that reduced my stress and achieved quite remarkable results. He not only sold the home in record time but he was able to get multiple offers and negotiate the sales price up in a down market. He also helped greatly in getting the bank to accept the short sale as a complete resolution of the situation.
