DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We had water and mold damage in our granny unit. The entire kitchen and bathroom had to be torn apart. The mold ate through support beams and outside walls. We needed to empty the kitchen and have all the walls redone. The exterior walls had to be completely removed and re built. One support beam required an engineer to figure out the best solution for repairs. Even some outside siding needed replacing. Everything then needed to be repainted and restored to its original condition.

The hardwood floor installation was a disaster and I ended-up firing them from the job. The work was subbed-out to an unlicensed flooring contractor who left 1/4 inch gaps between the flooring pieces and didn't properly install the moisture barrier underneath the flooring.
