Replaced windshield and during the installation they didn't glue down the trim section at the rear of the car, the wind blew the trim up and it created a major scratch on the trunk. They touched up the paint with a brush. I then had the area sanded and repainted by another service.
Did they do a good job on installing the windshield? Absolutely they did a very good and professional job.
I can't recommend Absolute Auto Glass as they made a mistake by not gluing down the trim, which gouged through the paint into the metal and then tried to touch it up, but did a crappy job of fixing it.
I had the gouge removed and repainted as this is a beautiful vehicle at a cost exceeding $300

It was easy to schedule an appointment despite it being a Friday. They were able to start my job as soon as I arrived. They were very efficient. The installer did the replacement while we took care of the insurance details in the office. The glue needed to set so I walked down the street and picked up a few items at the nearby natural foods market. When I returned 30 minutes later, the car was ready to go. They gave me a short instruction sheet about tape removal. The staff was friendly and relaxed. I would definitely use them again.

I looked them up on Angie's List and sent an e-mail requesting a quote. They responded within 1 day. Being that I had 2 vehicles to have windows replaced, they gave me a $100 discount. I scheduled the appointment for the next day, between 9 and 11 AM. Gabriel showed up during that time frame and went to work right away. He worked very fast and had both windshields replaced in under an hour. He left me with written instructions to follow for the next 24 hours. I highly recommend using this company if you need help with your auto glass.

I called various repair shops in the morning. Absolute provided an appointment with in 30 minutes and completed the job less than 30 minutes after I dropped off my vehicle. They were able to fill the chipped area such that it is 90% invisible, there is a small "button" (1/8") where a quarter-sized jagged chip was before. Samir and his service crew were courteous and professional.
