It went very well, all new wood was of higher quality than previous materials.  Painting was two coats of exterior paint that was matched (as well as possible ) to original paint.  All paint was applied by brush (two workers).  They also stabilized the deck, a huge upgrade and very appreciated.  New window sills, trim look Great.

They really have better pricing than some of the other termite companies.  They attended our house and came a few hundred dollars cheaper than the other folks.  They did a good job.  They were in here on time when they said they would be.  They came in to check the progress to make sure everything was going okay.  They actually showed up on a weekend.  Our experience was pretty good and they were there & did the work on time.  They did it in a timely manner.  They cleaned up after themselves when they were done.  I had nothing bad to tell about them.  They did what they said they were going to do.
