"Not one word of this is true. Shame on you Member. Our service call is 65.00 dollars. We were called at 3:00 pm and begged to come out and fix a refrigerator that was not working. By 5:00 pm it was fixed.We were told the food was going bad. We came out and determined it was a bad fuse. We did not deal with Member but rather her husband. Her husband gave the ok. Not only was he extremely happy with our fast service but our price as well. He signed the invoice before the tech left. It wasnt until Member came home that there was a problem.Apparently Member is not aware you cant buy an LG fuse by itself. We were more than happy to come take out the fuse and have MEMBER get someone else to replace it at double the price but she refused. We have won customers choice awards in santa clarita for many years because we bend over backwards for our customers."
