Valencia Floors

Overall the interaction was satisfactory but since we got better responsiveness and pricing from another provider, we awarded the job to the other provider.

I went to Valencia Floors (ref'd by friend & saw previous work) to look at hardwood for our home's common areas. (Rans Group will install the hardwood and new base molding). While there, I asked about laminate for the rooms mentioned above. Owner Jonathan Sedighi showed me a great product, Mega-Clic, a German-made laminate, in an oak-grain finish. Within two days he arrived to measure our floors, and a week later the product was installed. Three men took most of one day to install THREE rooms. Jonathan visited twice to check on progress. On finishing the installation, the installers vacuumed and took away all the old carpet and scrap. They left me one full carton and extra boards of laminate for future repairs. The process was noisy, lots of banging, but the floors are gorgeous, for the same price as quality carpet. The price did not include new baseboard; Rans Group will put that in for me in conjunction with hardwood in our main rooms next month.

I USED THIS COMPANY AS THEY WE RECOMMENDED TO ME. THEY DISPOSED OF MY OLD CARPET AND PADDING. THEY MOVED MY SMALL FURNITURE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CARPETS AND THE PADDING.

I WAS VERY HAPPY AS I GOT MY NEW CARPET VERY QUICKLY. THEY DISPOSED OF MY OLD CARPET AND PADDING AND THEY MOVED SOME OF MY SMALL FURNITURE. I PICKED STAINMASTER CARPET. $1.85 SQ/FT. I WOULD SHOP HERE AGAIN.

THE SALESMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WELL INFORMED. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCT AND SHOWED US A VARIETY OF SAMPLES. LATER IN THE DAY, HE STOPPED BY AND MEASURED OUR HOME.

THEY WORKED THREE DAYS LONGER THAN THEY HAD QUOTED AND WORKED UNTIL DARK THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO DO THEY MOLDING AND IT STILL LOOK INCOMPLETE. THEY AARE BETTER AT INSTALLING TILE.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO A JOB THAT THEY THOUGHT WOULD ONLY TAKE ONE DAY BUT IT TOOK TWO DAYS. THE WORKERS ENDED UP PUTTING OFF TIME WITH THEIR FAMILY TO GET THE JOB DONE IN TIME. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. AROUND THE FIREPLACE IS ALL ROUGH STONE AND THE WAY THAT THEY NOTCHED EVERYTHING TO MATCH WAS GREAT. THE LAYOUT OF THE FLOORING IS GREAT. THEY MOVED THE APPLIANCES AND PUT THE FLOOR ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE WALL.
