excellent work. My car was not a challenge as we keep up with it but the work was great.  I can't recall exact cost or date but I've posted my estimate for both.

Appointment was at 8:00am I received a call at 7:45 stating that they had problems with the van and will be 45 minutes late, I called in at 9:00 am when no one showed up they said they were 4 minutes away.  In about ten minutes they were here.  Gave them the key, started discussing the details with Alex while the crew (two other guys) were unloading their tools from their van. Alex asked to move the car to the other side of the street where it was shady, I pointed out that the other side is restricted on Friday we will both receive a parking tickets if he did. I asked him to move it behind the neighbor?s car were there was some shade.  I checked in later they were at the same spot I did not make much of it.  When I asked if they are to buff the care they said it was just wash and wax buffing was extra, He offered to buff for an extra $100 and he also offered to clean the headlights and the engine.  I did not take the deal.  Later when I checked they said they washed the engine for free (I did not ask for this, they did it anyway to make-up for being late).  I asked if they take the spear tire cover off (Small SUV) to clean around it, Alex explained they don?t unless I take it off to avoid liability just in case the cover gets ripped.  I see his point and agree.  I would have not known if I did not ask, and they would have finished without detailing around the tire.  When they were done around 11AM the temperature reached 90 degrees in the sun.  All windows looked smudged badly with streaks,  I was not happy.  Alex explained that they cannot do anything about it, in the hot whether. I lifted the windshield wipers and pointed to a spot that had dust like if it was never touched at all.  Also the dashboard inside was also smudged and the mirror inside was not cleaned.  There were spots on the windshield from inside like if someone had sprayed a solution and never wiped it out.  Alex said it was permanent damage, when I tried with my finger it was coming off.  He than tried cleaning again, and they came off.  Alex tried cleaning the windows again, either the cleaning solution or the rags were not helping in addition to the heat.  I asked if they could come back in the afternoon I received an affirmative no.  This is the best we can do stated Alex.  Well for a company that does this for a living, they should know better and not book appointments in the heat, or cancel their appointments when this  happens, or give an advance warning, I would have re-scheduled, or they should have had an owning to put over the car while working or better yet show-up on time at 8:00AM when it was cooler. The carpets and the furniture were relatively clean.  I do not have pets upholstery was clean to start with. When sat in the car I noticed the sides of the seat were wet.  Alex said it was dirty we had to use more water. Not sure how the seat side could have been dirtier than the seat itself,.  I should have not trusted AL, have I read the reviews and seen the negative ones I would not have hired them.  I can tip the car-wash guy $20 and he would have cleaned the windows.  At first inspection it seemed that they did a good job cleaning the vents. However, I found out the next day when I tried changing the airway direction that they were stuck in place.  They must have used a sticky solution or sprayed an air fresher that made it stick for weeks afterwards to a degree that my husband had to spray a special solution to get it become "unstuck."   This was very disappointing. I hardly log in here so if anyone is commenting below it will take me sometime to see it.  Better call me.  After reading the negative reviews, I am grateful that it was not worst. This truly shook my confidence in AL. This was not worth $149. Very disappointed.  Not only from Starr Detail Inc. but also from AL. I went into this deal blindly believing that Angie?s List deals are limited to services from those who deliver quality and excellence.

Very professional guys.  Arrived on time.  Did an excellent job of completely detailing my truck inside and out.

Courteous, friendly techs arrived early. They worked on the vehicles in my driveway for over 2 hours. They brought all their own equipment. I don't think they even asked for a power or hose hookup. Great work. Will hire again in a few months.

)The crew arrived late - having called to advise that they were experiencing traffic difficulty.  I believe they started working on my car about 3 p.m. and were at my place of business for approximately 1 hour. 
Front floor mats were quite damp when they were returned to the car.  I was told that they should dry in a day or so.  They actually developed a moldy odor.
Wasn't the greatest 1st experience in auto detailing.  (I am now dealing with someone who does a quality detailing job for substantially lower price.

They were very friendly, extremely professional, and did a wonderful job.  The car looked like new when they were finished.  They were very prompt, returned my calls right away, and showed up on time.  They finished the job in a timely manner.

Came to the house. Cleaned the car. Looked great.

The work was okay. I was not happy that they up charged me once they got here. They told me they could remove the scratches and make the scratches look better. However, it did not look much different. I did not feel the quality was as good compared to other auto detailing work I have had in the past. I did not like that they made me pay for extra coating and buffing but it did not make a difference.

We purchased two auto detailing Big Deals.  The work went smoothly.  The workers removed all floor mats and high pressure sprayed them.  They cleaned the interiors and treated both the plastic and leather with the products we provided, although they said they preferred their own products.  They washed the exteriors, buffed out some light scratches in the paint and waxed the exteriors.  They also cleaned and treated the tires.

Overall decent job but they left my carpets soaking wet and insisted they'd dry with windows open only a crack. They took 4 days to dry and it was warm, dry weather. They also all but asked for a tip. I didn't feel like it when I saw carpets soaked and they left a can of gas in front of my house and my garden hose has been leaking from connection since they used the faucet.

I contacted the company and they were able to give me an appointment on the same week. I dropped it off at 9 am - they estimated that it would take about 2 hours and would contact me when the car was finished. They contacted me about 2 hours later - very punctual - and I picked up the car. They did a very thorough job and I was happy with the results. They were very polite and professional.

I have used Starr to detail my cars several times over the past few years. They always do an excellent job. They show up on time, are very courteous and perform the work very quickly. But the result looks like they really took their time. I highly recommend them.

As for the service, the foreman and I did a "walk through" of the car and he explained everything single thing he planned on doing. Very professional. I left and returned to find my car looking like new. Everything was perfectly clean and paint looked great! I was very pleased with the quality of service for the price.
I originally scheduled to get my car detailed at my office, but I didn't realize that there were rules about allowing mobile detailers into the parking structure so we had to move my car to the street. I'll take fault for that but it seems like this is something the company would have experience dealing with and would have addressed it when making the appointment. Obviously my first time getting a mobile detail.  When they arrived they went to the wrong gate and tried getting in without me apparently. I know the because after leaving my car with them, security came to my office asking where they could find the detailers because they broke the automatic gate at my building. It was all caught on camera apparently.  The security guard, who I've know for years, says the foreman was extremely rude to him denied it up and down (even though it was on camera). Sounds like my building will be pursuing them civilly because the detailers refused to take responsibility. Thankfully, I'm not involved with that but that is why I had to rate a C on professionalism and B overall because I had to deal with that nonsense.

Starr Detail did great job, I fully inspected my car after the job was completed and it was absolutely spotless.  If your willing to spend the money I recommend using this company to keep your car looking fresh.

The did a nice job for a vehicle that need to be detailed.

It was a very positive experience.  Guys were right on time and did great work.  It was nice to have them come to me.  I'm not sure I would pay as much as I did to have the job done again, however.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a long time.  I must say I was more than surprised at the level of detail and professionalism Starr Detail executed - in every way.  The appt. was scheduled quickly, they were On Time, came with everything they needed in tow and set to work in my driveway. Several hours later, my 'baby' looked like she probably never has, since Ive had her (~17 years)!! With the exception of the interior parts (ie. cracked dashboard leather and targa top lining falling off), that desparately need replacing, of course.. which was NOT in any way, part of the 'Big Deal' I purchased.  But they also gave me the estimates for remedying both interior & (small) exterior issues to perfection before they even left -which Im sure is MORE than reasonable, based on others Ive gotten- and the only reason I havnt called to schedule these jobs YET, is simply my personal financial issues!  I most assuredly recommend them people - what an unexpectedly pleasant Breeze it was!

This company was great!  They did the job.  My car looked fantastic.  After they were done, my battery was dead from the doors being open too long.  Clearly a problem with my battery, not their fault.  They went above and beyond trying to get my car started.  They called other people trying to find jumper cables and finally took the battery out of their work van and exchanged it with mine to get the car started.  I highly recommend them

The worker showed up on time, was a nice guy, and did a great, thorough job on the cars.  We were very pleased with the service.

A crew of 3 showed up to wash and detail my car. It looked like a family of Dad and 2 sons, although I can't confirm that.
Everything was pretty well done except for the morning after they did the job all the Armoral treatment area of black were dripping with white milky substance.
I called the company and they said they'd sent someone out but I never saw them again.

They were nice guys and did a great job.

The work on my car was very good. I would use Star detail again. The only problem was that they did not show up for the scheduled appointment but did come when rescheduled. I attributed this to them being overwhelmed to the response they got from the Big Deal. which really was a good deal
