We were advised to contact a soil engineering firm regarding a vacant land purchase. The gentleman at Southwest Geotechnical was extremely generous with his time on the phone when I called for an estimate. He gave me extensive detailed advice regarding due diligence on the land purchase. Hoping things move forward and we can work with them.
