Santa Clarita Auto Sound

Santa Clarita Auto Sound ripped me off. They sold me a cheap boss radio that included a backup camera. I have the invoice to prove that Henry charged me for the cost of a NEW camera and he charged me for the installation. They used the same OLD backup camera installation so all they did was replace the camera. The cable for the camera was already ran from the existing back up camera. I have the receipt to prove this. I just didn't inspect everything because they took too long to do the install. I had to come back from the first installation because the cheap radio that they ordered (which they do not have on their website) didn't work. I waited 8 hours the first day for the installation, it was only supposed to take 3 hours. They also cracked my dash board I let Henry know via email that I confirmed they received but he did nothing about it nor did he give me a discount on additional installations I requested. The bottom line is that Henry can’t deny that he charged me for a camera that already came with the model that I ordered.... BVB9967RC [*** Link removed ***]
