Ray was terrific! Came when he said he would. Fixed the problem. He has also helped me troubleshoot when I didn't really need any service!

Ray's Service was Great!  After two botched repairs by other companies, Ray's Service did it correctly - the first time.  I highly recommend them for floor heater service.

They are professional, courteous, and reliable.

Chris and his team began their work on a Tuesday and finished within one week. They were always on time and hard working. It was a big job and they paid attention to detail. We are very happy with the outcome.

The main reason we called a heating service is because our pilot light on our wall heater would not stay on after the Gas Company came out and started it. We had the Gas Company come out again and try to start the pilot light, but they said we would have to have the valve replaced by a heating and air company, that they did not do that type of work.
So we called our plumber (who we had also found on Angies List last year) and they reccommened Ray's Service Inc. They said he is very good and we should be pleased with his work. And we were very happy with the work done from Ray's Service.

They are very very nice! They always come and help me out; they even send me a bill! I have not had one probem with them.

They had a very competitive bid. They coordinated all the inspections and other contract work that was required. They were very polite and knowledgable. They showed up on time and scheduled everything. The guys were very friendly and professional, answered all our questions. They called ahead for scheduling. Right now I can't say enough good things about them. There was only the required half day for the dust to settle after the asbestos removal before they began the installation of the new system. Everything out in the garage looks first class.

They were fast, polite and clean. Nice guys. Good work. Will use them again.

Although the person who came out was very pleasant, he would not give a price estimate. He said the part needed to be ordered. On more than one occasion he did not call to update on the status of when he would be back to complete the job. The bill was sent after the fact and I was shocked at the price. The part was very inexpensive, but the final bill was not. The young man stated that part of the problem regarding his unresponsiveness was that Ray, the owner, was ill.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Rays.

Once we set on a date, everything went smoothly. The two workers were very considerate. The job took a day longer than expected, but they did a really neat job putting in the registers.

He was very honest regarding the work he was going to do for me. He told me the work wasn’t worth doing. So, he didn’t do the work for me. My mother used him as well. He installed a new heating and air conditioning units for her. He was very responsive with her questions. He came out right away and was very polite.

Excellent, as usual. Bill came out the next morning and quickly identified and fixed the problem. The unit now runs even quieter than before the vibrating sound started.

The price is very fair. We have used him for over a decade. Unless its a hot summer day, and everybody's air goes out or its a cold day and everybody's heater goes out, he is very responsive. We have used him since 1992, which is the first time he came out.

They worked quickly, fixed the problem, and checked a room A/C that was broken. They were going to send me a quote to have it repaired/replaced, but I haven't received the quote yet (2 weeks). Their price wasn't bad, but everything is more expensive than I think it should be! Maybe that's just me.

Ray's service came out, removed the motor and took it back to their shop to rebuild. Returned in a few days to re-install the motor.

Bill arrived right on time. He removed the motor and fan blades and took the unit back to his shop to change out the motor. I had to wait over the weekend for him to return to re-connect the new motor, but his tech arrived, again, at the appointment time, to install the replacement. It works great. Ray's Service has been my heating and A/C for many years. I have always found his price reasonable and his service reliable and friendly.

IT WAS GREAT, WE CALL HIM, AND HE COMES. I'VE REFERRED HIM TO OUR CHURCH, IT WAS GOOD. WE KNOW HIM VERY WELL. WE HAVE A BIG HOUSE, THAT REQUIRE TWO THERMOSTATS AND HE PUT THEM BOTH IN.

HE CAME AND PUT A NEW A/C FOR THE BACK OF OUR HOUSE. HE DID A GOOD JOB AND ON TIME WITH COMPETITIVE PRICES. HE ALSO CAME OUT WHEN OUR HEATER WASN'T WORKING AND FIXED IT WITHOUT CHARGING US AN ARM AND A LEG. NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
