Priority Technology Solutions

I try to resolve most of my computer issues on my own and, for the most part, am successful.  But keyboard and mouse quit functioning and without one or the other, it's pretty impossible to get anywhere. I googled the problem and tried some of the resolves found there.  Nothing worked. Called Jason Vasquez at Priority Technology Solutions. Jason is calm, steady and appears to work very methodically. 
Pointed Jason in the direction of the misbehaving machine. Within 20 min., he determined that it was a hardware issue and noted that the machine was still under warranty.  He was already "on hold" with Dell when he came to deliver the information.  I really appreciated that he made that phone call and was able to quickly explain all the hoops had already been jumped through to the Dell tech person. While he was on hold (and even while he was talking), he worked the entire time on a separate issue with a 2nd computer. When all was said and done, Dell was sending out the parts with one of their technicians the next day. Situation resolved. 
With no personal benefit to him, Jason also offered a few suggestions to avoid some headaches down the road and I have already followed up on two of his recommendations.
