PRIOR TO THEM WALKING ON IT, IT WAS FINE. WE GOT IT FIXED AFTER IT WAS DAMAGED. WE HAD LEAKAGE. IT TOOK THREE TRIPS OUT FOR THEM TO RESTORE IT TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE. WHILE THEY WERE WORKING ON THE GUTTERS THEY FOUND DISINTEGRATION OF THE PLYWOOD ROOF AND THE BLACK PAPER ON TOP OF THAT UNDER THE SPANISH TILE. WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT, THE TILE WAS NOT BROUGHT OUT FAR ENOUGH, AND RAIN WATER WOULD NOT DRIP INTO THE GUTTER.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME. THE WORK THEY DID WAS NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FIX THE LEAK IN THE ROOF. THEY HAD TO COME FOUR TIMES AND STILL WAS NOT FIXED.
