Giving the best possible shout-out and kudos to [*** Link removed ***] who recently provided me with an ENTIRELY NEW!!! HVAC system—thermostat. furnace, heat exchanger, evaporator coil, condensing unit, refrigerant lines, ductwork, and vents. Oh, and the cool part is that I can control the thermostat remotely—it’s wireless! So, on vacation? Shut off the system, and then remotely activate it when I’m returning—a BEAUTIFUL thing! I’ve gone without AC for the past three or so weeks—UNBEARABLE!!!! Of the standard three quotes I sought (my dad taught me well!), one never got back to me, and I cancelled the third ‘cause [*** Link removed ***] was able to squeeze me in within a week….I was heat-exhausted at this point, and their price quote was well within the range I’d gathered from various sources. Nick, the owner, and Donna, his office person (and better half?) were professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Installers were on time, sensitive to my needs (psycho-DOG!--and several other ongoing projects—interior painting, etc. that must have made it challenging for them…) and worked hard. I was especially impressed that they did the entire job with no upfront deposit on my part—what the?!?!??!—who does that?!--Weird, but wonderful! This company knows it’s stuff! When so many home improvement/repair projects are a disappointment, this was a rare and welcome surprise!!! THANK YOU [*** Link removed ***]!!! (I guess I don’t need to add that I’m thrilled and COOL!!!!)

Nicholas Aire Systems is a family owned A/C and Heating Business based in the Santa Clarita Valley were I live. The A/C specialist, Frank, was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He politely listened to my concerns and my husbands thoughts about the possible unit problems and concurred that indeed that was the issue. He went about his job in a kind manner all the while educating me on how to keep my air conditioning unit running smoothly and efficiently. Very sweet, and the customer service with Mary answering the phone and setting up the service call to Frank giving me a 20 minute before arrival call was all thoughtful and first rate. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
