He came out when he said he would. I thought I had termites and he said no I didn't have a termite infestation, but that it was a few just flying around. I did point out the spider problem I was having. He said they would do the original spray and that if we needed to keep a monthly service we could assess that at that time. He didn't think I would need a monthly service. He was honest, looked everywhere, and then left an invoice on our door. He wanted to spray around the perimeter of the home while we were not there, because I was pregnant and I have a young son. He told us that if we saw anything else after the initial spray than to call him and we could discuss a maintenance contract if we felt it was necessary. He was right. I really don't need a month to month kind of thing.
