LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT WAREHOUSE OF SANTA CLARITA

Nothing but problems. The subcontractor Pride Enterprises forgot to do a template of the counter after the tear out. At the 11th hour five days later someone came to do the template to actually cut the counters! The day of installation the person sent to do the work was preoccupied and kept coming and going from my home. In total, the day of installation ran from 9:30am when the template was cut to 9:00 PM at night. It was terrible but we were desperate to get our kitchen back. Thirty eight days later the Formica LIFTED and BUCKLED. We are now in the process of arguing why that happened and getting Lowe's to honor their installation warranty! They want to "split it with us". Some warranty THAT is!

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND SO THERE WAS NO PERSONAL INCONVENIENCE WITH THE KITCHEN BEING UNABLE TO BE USED FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH LOWES WAS POSITIVE. THEY INSTALLED A FINE PRODUCT. THEY WERE HERE PROMPTLY AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS.

THE COUNTERTOPS WERE JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. THEY ARE GREAT AND EASY TO CLEAN. THE EXPERIENCE WITH LOWES WAS GREAT. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND ORDER THE COUNTERTOPS.

I WOULD STILL GIVE THEM A 'B'. THE LOCK DOES NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY. I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT DOOR INSTALLATION, I CAN'T CLOSE OR LOCK IT ALL THE WAY. IT MIGHT BE A FACTORY THING. THEY DRILLED EVERYTHING ORIGINALLY AND WHEN THEY CAME BACK TO REINSTALL THEY DIDN'T DO IT CORRECTLY. ALSO THEY DESTROYED THE ALARM SENSOR. THE LOCK DOES NOT TURN ALL THE WAY LIKE IT COULD BEFORE.

THEY HAD TO COME BACK TWO OR THREE TIMES TO FINALLY GET IT RIGHT AND THAT WAS THE INSTALLER. THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO BEGIN WITH. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, BUT THEY HAD TO COME BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES. IT WASN'T A PROBLEM WITH THE ACTUAL CONTRACTOR, IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND THEY HAD TO PUT IN A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO REPLACE THE ONE THEY ORIGINALLY PUT IN. SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE CARPET TOUCHES THE WALL AND NOTHING HAS COME UP. IT IS FINE. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT IF SOMEONE ASKED I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
