You know those odd jobs and things that just aren’t working right that you can’t seem to find the time to take care of, well there’s a simple solution just call me and I’ll come right over and discuss all your household issues and give you a free estimate right on the spot and you will love how reasonable my prices can be but if not I’m always willing to negotiate with you until we are both happy ! Here’s a short list of things I can help you with: drywall repair, flooring repair or replacement, leaky faucet repair or replacement, mend fencing or replace, tile and stone work, plumbing and minor electrical such as new outlets and light fixtures, I’m a semi retired carpenter with 40 yrs.
