WE HAD TO WAIT TO ASK SOMEONE TO HELP US, AND WHEN THEY FINALLY DID IT WAS MORE THAN IT HAD BEEN ADVERTISED. THEY SUGGESTED THAT WE COULD PUT THE FLOORING ON A FINANCING PROGRAM, AND WE ENDED UP PAYING MORE.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. WE KNOW THE GUY THAT OWNS THE COMPANY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. IT WAS NICE AND NEAT AND WHEN I GOT HOME IT WAS CLEANED UP AND DONE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

THE SALESPERSON AT FLOORS 4 LESS WAS A VERY BIG HELP. SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE PRODUCTS. SHE DID NOT TRY TO SELL US ANYTHING WE DID NOT WANT OR NEED. SHE RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY.
