FASTSIGNS

After placing several calls and making a couple visits to the shop, FastSigns sent one very nice representative to inspect the work site presumably with the intention of preparing a bid. It is now almost two months after that visit, and we never have received a bid for the work. No explanation has been provided why no bid was presented. I told the staff members I met with at the shop that if they didn't want to perform the work, just let me know. They did not do that either. I feel sorry for a small business like theirs that seems so disorganized. I have been hesitant to submit this evaluation because I do NOT want them to fail. But, I puzzle how they can survive in this difficult economy. I hope their relationship with other customers is better than mine has been.

We came to this company after we had a bad experience with another company. We are an air conditioning company and wanted signs on the front, rear, and sides of the utility truck. The first company we dealt with was not able to come up with a graphic we liked so we found a graphic artist and he designed one. The other company jerked us around with that logo for over a year and was unable to do the neccessary file conversion (the logo file) to make the sign. We went to Fast Signs and they were very professional and quick. They took the same file the other company was unable to use and emailed us proofs within a day or so. I liked the program they used for the proofs. We were able to put notes on the email and we asked for a few changes The changes were applied promptly and the next day we recieved a new proof. We liked that proof and took the truck in. They promised to be done before 1 PM and they finished around 12:30 PM. The signs look great and we are very pleased with them. The reason I gave them a B on price is because it was almost twice as much as the first company we were going to use. However, that company was unable to do the work and it took 5 phone calls and several emails to get our money back.

The owners are a nice and fair people. The employee at the front counter was very unresponsive and this lady's attitude turned me off and I will not take my business there anymore.
