All homes are not created equally...Neither are all Home Inspectors, the Inspections they perform nor the Inspection Reports they create for you. With more than 20 years in the construction industry plus another ten as a residential inspector with more than 3000 inspections behind me, you can rest assured that you are hiring an experienced professional. My inspections are thorough, averaging 2.5 - 3 hours and can go 4 - you might want to bring a snack! Finally, my photo-rich hybrid inspection reports average 62 pages and are delivered electronically the same day. Buying a home can be an extremely stressful experience, let me help!
