Aside from the fact that I was OVERCHARGED, the provider showed up when promised and installed my door correctly.  He did charge me an extra $150 to reinstall my garage door opener, which was fine, but he overcharged on the actual door.

A little problem initially with the provider not seeing the Angie's List email so I was not contacted about the purchase.  After I contacted the provider myself, no problems whatsoever: he was very responsive and showed up on time for our scheduled appointment.

We got up Saturday morning for an appointment and found the garage door opener wouldn't lift the door.  Upon inspection we could see that the spring was broken and our efforts to get the garage door up were not going to work.  So we searched Angie's list and called some of the closest garage door repair facilities.  Cook was the first to respond.  He came out when he said he would and had all that was necessary to repair our door.  After quickly replacing our spring, he checked other areas of the door and garage door opener and found other areas that had loosened up such as the tension on the garage door cable and some loose bolts.  After he was done the door operated smoothly and much quieter than it had been before the spring broke.
We were very pleased with his work and promptness.  We would definitely recommend his services and we got a cash discount.

Door Broke on the Sunday of Labor Day I called on Tuesday Cook took the call and with in 2 hours of the call the door was fixed and he was gone. Very good job. A little high in price but worth it so we can use the garage again.

THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER WAS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. HE CAME OUT, AND MAY HAVE REPLACED A PART. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AT HIS WORK, AND IT TOOK BETWEEN ONE HOUR AND TWO. THE PRICE WAS WORTH IT FOR THE DOOR TO WORK PROPERLY.
