 + -1 moreCICHY APPRAISAL WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE WELL AWARE OF OUR CURRENT MARKET IN THE SANTA CLARITA VALLEY AND THE CONDITIONS THAT WERE NOT APPARENT IN OTHER AREAS OF LA COUNTY.
Description of Work: CICHY APPRAISAL WAS CALLED IN TO WORK WITH AN OUT OF AREA LENDER WHO DID NOT HAVE AN APPRAISER FOR OUR CITY.
