He came on time. Replaced the springs on the garage door and give it a tune up. Would highly recommend this service.

Mike came by the day before and checked out the old garage door opener the same day i called. gave me a quote. after researching prices and quality of the suggested new opener, i called back and got an install appointment the next day. he arrived on time, removed old opener, installed new one in about 2 hours. also 'tuned up' second garage door opener and door. Very professional, quick, cleaned up after and didnt mind me watching the install. (mainly to see how its done). when the other opener dies, will call him for replacement.

Mike arrived on time. Quickly spotted the problem and gave me a price, so I left him alone to do his thing. About an hour later he had made all of the necessary repairs, lubed and adjusted everything, and even made it safer to prevent it from coming down and crushing someone. Now works like new and I'm a happy camper.

We needed to replace our aging wooden swing out garage doors.
Contacted Burns Garage Door and Opener based on Angie's list feedback and based on being a local business. Burns was one of several garage door companies contacted to complete the work. Mike came out to assess the work needed and offered several door options ranging in quality and price. After the initial bid, Mike worked with me to look over numerous additional options explaining features of one door v another and offering pricing on a number of different possibilities.
We finalized door choice and scheduled a time for installation. All went as planned with flawless execution. We ended up with hig quality, fantastic new doors at an outstanding price and are very pleased.

My old opener which I had for over 20 years froze up and would not work. This opener was also installed by Burn's Garage Door. With one call they diagnosed the problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mike showed up on time as scheduled and within 60 minutes had installed a brand new opener. He programmed my car remote as well and gave me a complete explanation of how the new opener operates and the security features as well. This is a professional company who does great work at very competitive prices. I have used them for years and have always be completely happy with their work and customer service. I would never even consider using anyone else, they are the BEST!

Garage door would'nt open,have use Burns before came out the day I call them.

The highlights were: The owner came out on schedule, provided very polite, very fair, and very prompt service. We felt comfortable with the experience. His wife called about a half an hour in advance of his arrival to confirm that he was on his way. We appreciated that additional bit of service. As I recall, the issue with the garage door was that the chain broke. It was inoperable. The technician understood the problem and explained it to me. He also fixed it well. We have had no problems with the door since the service, which was now almost half an hour ago.

They were excellent! My door was over 10 years old, but they were able to fix my sensors, lubricate the door and hardware. They also tested the door balance and alignment. I felt like they kept me informed and were very honest and professional.

They were excellent. They were courteous and clean. They had to order the doors and it took about 2 weeks for them to come in. We are going to use them for additional work.
