Big Red Carpet Cleaning

Very nice people!!

Big Red came out to do an estimate, they were very professional. They took accurate measurements of the carpeted area, and gave us a written quote. We have used them many times through out the years. I always go back to Big Red because they are punctual, professional, and do a great job. They are very knowledgeable, as well, about carpet fibers, and can recommend the best way to get something clean or give you a realistic idea of how clean you can expect the carpet to be when they are done. I was tempted to rip out carpet once and replace it, and was assured that the particular fiber of my carpet would clean up very well, and replacing was not necessary. Turned out, they were right and saved me a good chunk of money. The carpet looked fantastic when they were done.

They were fantastic. They were prompt, on time, and did an amazing job. The price was very reasonable.  I would refer them to all of my friends.

They have cleaned our carpets a couple of times and they have done a really good job.  They had done a much better job than the company we had used previously.  They removed stains which the other company could not get out of the carpet.  They were courteous and professional.  They are coming again this week to clean our carpets.

They were excellent.  They had great customer service and communicated with me well.  They were punctual. 

I gave them an "A" because I don't think this experience should blemish their record... and perhaps doesn't mean anything other than they were having a bad day at the office.

The company was very responsive. We left a message about an estimate and they called back within an hour and were very pleasant and helpful. The technician arrived the following day and cleaned the carpets on a stairway, hallway, three bedrooms and an office. They also cleaned the grout in the master bath. The technician arrived on time and did a very nice job. Everything looked very good when he left. We recommend.

Excellent job. The carpet looks like new. The repair isn't visible.

Our air ducts did not need cleaned. They were honest and said they looked clean and didn't need to be done. They did well with our carpets. They got out the stains and were fairly efficient. I was happy with it. Price wise they aren't the best deal, they are a little higher. I think they are trustworthy though and worth a little more. We would use them again.

They were prompt and got ready to work as soon as they gave me the estimate. Besides cleaning the spots in the living room, they went ahead and did the whole room with no extra charge. After they cleaned the tile, they also sealed it with no additional charge. The workers were very pleasant to deal with. I was disappointed the last time I used them, because my hall carpeting took days to dry and started to smell. I brought up the issue with them, so I think they wanted to make sure everything turned out fine this time around, which it did. This was the third time using them, the first time I was very happy, so I thought the second time was a fluke. I think it was the third time I was very satisfied again.

BIG RED RETURNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY I LEFT A MESSAGE. I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. THE CARPET LOOKED LIKE NEW - THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEIR COST FOR THE SERVICE WAS HIGH. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS GOOD AND MET MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL IN ARRIVING AT AND COMPLETING THE JOB.

ALWAYS A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SPOTS DON'T COME BACK, THEY SEEM TO BE THE ONLY COMPANY I'VE USED THAT HAS KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE TECHS, ALWAYS GIVING TIPS, ADVICE, AND SAMPLES.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, THEY DID GOOD WORK ON THE SOFA. HE WAS A LITTLE LATE, BUT I THINK HE GOT LOST ON THE WAY TO MY HOUSE.

I HAVE USED BIG RED SEVERAL TIMES, AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO MAKE SURE THEY GET ALL THE TOUGH STAINS OUT OF MY CARPET. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
