My mother-in-law just thinks that they are great. She really likes Joel, the company owner, because he is very very excellent. I am with my mother-in-law a lot ever since my wife passed away. She lives in Reseda, California and I know that Joel comes down from Santa Clarita to service her air conditioner. She has talked about him many many times. The last time that he came out, he looked at the unit and he has seen that there were some lines that take the water outside so he did not think that there was anything leaking that he could tell. But he has always been out to help her whenever she needed anything like air conditioning services, filter changes and things like that. He very seldom charges her. He really knows what he is doing. He is very thorough and his workmanship is very high quality. He is extremely honest. It mentioned in a review about them that I have read that when they paid him, he left and went back to his office and then he came back thinking that the person had overpaid him, which they had not. Nowadays, it is pretty rare to have somebody that honest. His pricing is also excellent. I think that my mother-in-law only paid $8,000 for her unit to be installed in her home five or six years ago. I have his name and number down here and I am going to call him.
