I've been very pleased with them. In fact I thought they were very good and very accessible. They could answer questions easily by phone. They made the videos available online. I would just recommend them to the others. The overall experience was okay. They made a couple of errors but they were very willing to correct them. They were top notch. Comparatively I don't know too much about price.

Their prices were good. They were punctual. I had to send stuff back a couple of times because they didn't put everything on. In fact, I don't think I ever got everything I sent in put on. They sent me a DVD, but if the film quality was too bad, they didn't include it on the DVD. I got three different things on the DVD the three different times I sent it in. I wasn't very satisfied which is why I didn't go back to them. I wasn't sure I'd get what was on my film. They were professional, but I wouldn't use them again.
