Auto Detailing Service
Generally, the work was performed up to my expectations. The vehicle was clean and looked very good after the detailing. The work was done on time. There were two problems. The first was that they could not open the rear driver side door because the door latch was jammed. They could have called me, and I would have opened the door for them. Alternatively, it was a simple task to open the door from the inside by moving the latch to unjam it. Because they could not open the door, this resulted in the area blocked by the door not getting cleaned. The second problem was that the carpets were left very wet requiring many days to dry properly.
