He was very practical and figured out some things that other contractors didn't, he was a really nice guy to work with, he's licensed and got permits and did all the stuff that he was suppose to do. He not only did a good job but he was also the least expensive of all the contractors we got estimates from. He was the level of quality that we wanted. Some other people would be willing to pay for better quality. We wanted things done really well for a good price so the quality was just fine for us. We didn't have any problems. He would fix anything that we found. He wasn't quite as aggressive in getting back to us so we had to call him back a couple times but he was very punctual.
